Less convincing are projects that introduce AI without a concrete use case, just because the topic is everywhere. Without a clearly defined problem, there's no basis to evaluate the actual benefit later on.
An often underestimated factor is data quality. An AI system can only work as well as the data it's given. Companies that invest in structured, clean data first are laying the real foundation for automation down the line.
