The people behind the system.
Nexora Systems GmbH was founded in 2022 in Mannheim and has since grown to 85 employees.
Mission
We help companies shape their digital future securely, efficiently, and sustainably.
Vision
To become one of Europe's leading providers of intelligent business software, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity by 2035.
How we work.
Innovation
We invest in modern technology instead of just maintaining what already exists.
Quality
Clean code and well thought-out architecture aren't a bonus for us — they're the standard.
Trust
We say what we do — and do what we say. Even when it's inconvenient.
Sustainability
We design systems for long-term operation, not for a quick launch.
Transparency
Clear communication about progress, risks, and costs — throughout the entire project.
Teamwork
Good software is built as a team — within ours, and together with our clients.
Growing since 2022 — with a clear focus.

Based in Mannheim.
Our headquarters are located in the Innovationspark Mannheim. From there, we support clients across Germany and in other European countries — many projects run across locations and remotely.
Want to be part of the team?
We're always looking for people who'd rather understand systems than just operate them.
